By AR - An Earth Hour-style plan to reduce noise in the Indian city of Mumbai has failed. Drivers were requested to refrain from honking their horns for one day to reduce noise pollution. Typically, the leftards in charge of the plan offered no solution to the city's traffic problems other than to ask drivers to not use their horns, with predictable results. According to chartered accountant Sushil Deshpande:
"I urged my driver to not honk, but on crowded roads it was impossible to move ahead while observing complete silence."The next challenge for the residents of Mumbai will be to switch their lights off for an hour.
