Rapists not to be called 'rapists'

LiveNews - A Northern Territory judge has ruled two men and three teenagers, who sexually assaulted an 11-year-old boy, should not be labelled rapists. Supreme Court judge Trevor Riley is considering a punishment for the two 20-year-olds and three teenagers who've pleaded guilty to assaulting the 11-year-old at the remote Aboriginal community of Maningrida. The court heard the boy was attacked on three separate occasions - but only two of the defendants are accused of having sexual intercourse with him. Justice Riley says none of the defendants have been charged with rape because of the issue of consent.

11 years old, sexual intercourse with grown men, that's rape to me and they are pedophiles. Perhaps if one of the judges children was attacked in this way, he might see things a bit differently.
