Nanny State Fails Us Again

By AR - This is almost unbelievable.
THE NSW Police Force will spend about $2 million on a virtual reality shooting range as senior officers blame a lack of training for recruits being frightened of firearms.
One of the nanny state's aims is to de-normalise weapons in the community. Problem is, it's worked too well. Combine the nanny-statisms of noise pollution and occupational health and safety and next we'll hear of gardeners being frightened of lawnmowers.
