You'd think that little girl who starved to death would be a higher priority for DOCS and the minister, you'd think that the following children would be a concern to them, no sir. Much more important to screw over parents who don't abuse their children, go figure.
LiveNews - A new report has found that 114 children who died in 2006 were known to DoCS either directly or indirectly. Of those, 81 children were the subject of a report to DoCS, and 46 of them had their case files closed before they died.
