ESSENTIAL READING

I've long been of the opinion that regime change was the very best possibility mankind stood of someday achieving the much sought after goal of a world at peace.

Ever since President Bush's famous post-9/11 national security initiative, which placed a clear foreign policy emphasis upon the fostering of democracy around the world ('evangelical' democracy) even, where necessary, through the use of force, I've very strongly believed that humanity was finally on a path to a period of unparalleled prosperity.

It's in line with this thinking that I very strongly recommend reading World Peace - Beyond Visualizing It, over at nospeedbumps.com.

Have a look, then watch the next scaremongering report on the terrible invincible Iran the treacherous curr Mike Carlton has planned for us tomorrow night on 60 minutes.

Then, when you're old and grey, you can someday say to your grandchildren that you saw the way the winds were blowing, and that the world had a clear way forward for perhaps the first time ever... yet there were still pig-ignorant men and women like him, who worked against it. Worked against the oppressed populations of those nations, and for the murderous interests of the regimes who ruled over them.

And for some reason they weren't prevented from doing so.
