I have gone against the grain in several areas of life and food is no exception. I have had plenty of what the experts warn against and then some because it didn't show on the body. Carte blanche; praise the genes.

Due to an issue with the stomach/tract years ago, I branched out from my familiar foods. Now, for me, lesser processed food works out better than other foods. But the stomach issue seems to mostly be about not being able to eat two or three times as much as the next person anymore. How weird is that? When I do go overboard once in a while, I have found that leafy green veggies and pears do reparations. In my search I have become fond of my own morning mix: a bowl of oatmeal + a chopped banana + some breakfast cereal for some sweetening + a spoon of chia seeds + a spoon of pumpkin seeds and some cinnamon. Great lasting energy.

Maybe one day the arteries will become clogged, as some have suggested when teasing them lightly while enjoying some tasty BBQ or some big pizza slices for lunch.

If so be it, I'll state my case, of which I'm certain, I ate it my way.Eat clean for easy living, have a burger to stay sanenoreply@blogger.com
