Morally bankrupt

Fox News - The superintendent of a Provincetown, Mass., school district is apologizing to parents for what she calls a misunderstanding over a condom availability policy. In an e-mailed letter sent out on Tuesday, Superintendent Beth Singer said that the district will clarify that elementary school-age students won't be able to get a condom if they request one from the school nurse.

The condom distribution policy -- approved by the Provincetown school board unanimously on June 8 -- allows all district students to get access to free condoms without parental notification and does not specify a minimum age or grade level for who can be given condoms.
This is good news, though I worry that it even had to come to this, that the school board approved this unanimously and only backed down when the parents started kicking and screaming! Last I checked if you weaseled onto a school board, it's a fair assumption that you have the interests of the children at heart. So where exactly does providing condoms to toddlers fit into that.

Seems to me, someone ought to look into flushing out the leftist ratbags on that school board because we all know that sooner or later they'll be back at it, foisting their morally bankrupt ideology upon the rest of society without giving a damn what society thinks about it. Speaking of morally bankrupt ratbags doing as they please.
Fox News - As a Republican-controlled Congress in the 1990s debated whether to ban the controversial procedure, [Elena] Kagan wrote a memo in which she expressed concern about a statement that the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologist was going to release that revealed its panel of experts found no circumstances in which the procedure was the only option for saving the life of the woman.

"This, of course, would be a disaster," she wrote.

Kagan revised the language so the final statement in 1997 said that the partial-birth abortion "may be the best and most appropriate procedure in particular circumstances to save the life or preserve the health of the woman."
Yep, you read that right folks, a medical body says there are no circumstances where partial-birth abortion is the only option to save the mother's life, blowing the leftists wet dreams about cracking open the skulls of little babies and murdering them sky-high out of the water. So instead of letting it go, said leftist decides to shaft the facts and change them to suit her particular despicable ideology.

And this woman has been nominated to be a supreme court judge, good grief!

  1. I don't know about this school board, but in most places they are elected---the voters have to take the rap here. Bet some members will be missing after the next election cycle, if not they have no gripe!
