Freudian Slip of the Week

Hillary Clinton ran adds prior to the most recent round of primary elections featuring a ringing telephone that supposedly was a 3:00 am call about an urgent international crisis. The add seeks to imply that the Inkblot (Barack Obama) isn't qualified to answer the phone, but Hillary is. Of course one has to wonder why Hillary lets an urgent phone call on which the worlds safety depends, ring, and ring, and ring? Perhaps she had trouble finding a necklace to go with her outfit? Maybe she thought it was just Bill calling because he left the key to the White House at the intern's apartment again. Who knows?

Any way, Susan Rice who is billed as a "foreign policy advisor" to the Inkblot, is discussing the add and foreign policy credentials of the candidates on MSNBC when she says the following:

“Clinton hasn’t had to answer the phone at three o’clock in the morning and yet she attacked Barack Obama for not being ready. They’re both not ready to have that 3 a.m. phone call.” Source.

Oops. Truthful and what we all suspected, but I don't think it went over too well back at Inkblot Headquarters.
