Off we go..

Tumbling, crashing and thrashing down the slope, bugger the consequences, this is 2007 you old fools, get with the times will you. Up is down, down is up, right is wrong, wrong is right, kill the babies, toss out the old, who needs them anymore, it’s all about doing what feels good. Live for the moment, who needs God, tear it all up, drink and be merry.
However, a ruling by Ontario's highest court that recognized a child had two mothers and one father will likely have legal, sociological, political and symbolic ramifications for many. And it has reignited debate about traditional values in Canada, just as the book was finally closed on same-sex marriage.

For an Ontario woman, known only as A.A., this week's decision bestowing her with the status of mother means much more than mere legal acknowledgement of her definitive, though non biological role in a five-year-old boy's life.

"It's a very profound thing for her," said Peter Jervis, the lawyer who helped the woman, her long-time lesbian partner and their son's sperm donor father in their common quest to win recognition as Canada's first official three-parent family.
Now all we need is for the sperm-donor father to become gay, or even better swing both ways, they can then get married, all three, the more the merrier. Once that is done, they can also become the parents of the little boy, why stop at 3 parents, let’s go the whole way, make it five and counting at the time of publication. Get the media involved, this will be reality TV gone mad, we can then get involved too, we can vote on whether he goes to school, who gets to make his lunch, when he learns the pleasures of oral sex.

If that’s not enough, then we can get to encourage him to have a sex change, bloody hell with today’s advances in medical technology he can be both, show those bastard conservatives that leftists are for some science, now that’s a real twist.

I need a drink.
