New Leadership – DOH!!

I was initially skeptical of the new opposition leader, Kevin Rudd, I just assumed it was going to be a different face but with the same tired old policies. His “kiss my ass” to the unions was a welcome surprise, and it seems he’s just getting started.
KEVIN Rudd will demand "quality control" from the nation's schools to guarantee the children of working families a good education. "I am not interested in simply investing and providing greater investment into education in the absence of guarantees of quality outcomes for working families."
Holy Nelly, wait till the unions get that memo, they’ll be spitting chips over this, recently there has been much whining & sulking from the Unions over the new report card system, so much that NSW Labor turned to water when the Unions flexed some muscle. Well Rudd is going further; no funding for failing schemes and rewarding achievement, good heavens, that goes completely against leftist ideology.

It gets worse, on IR he didn’t quite shove the Unions, but his refusal to “rule out changes” is not the same as Beazley’s “Tear it up” 10-second-feel-good alternative. Could it be that he, like the electorate sees something good in the IR legislation? Be afraid leftists, be very afraid.

Next he’ll be telling us he wants to slash taxes, encourage hard-work, kick dole bludgers, tighten immigration up, nuclear isn’t so bad, screw Kyoto, tough on criminals, sounds good to hear the Greens screaming, did I mention slashing taxes?

I know I’ll be interested. Just a bit of advice to Kevin Rudd, hope you're wearing the body armor, as we all know, the mad left will not go quietly into the night.
