Shivering in fear

It's those misbehaving North Koreans again, after much posturing, scolding, nagging, whining, begging and threats by the world community.
North Korea has test-fired a number of missiles - one of which was a long-range weapon which failed seconds into flight, US officials have said. The Taepodong-2 weapon, thought to be capable of reaching the US, crashed 42 seconds after it was launched.

Washington said North Korea had fired at least six missiles, the rest of which were short-range, and could be preparing to launch others.
Well the dear leader has called your bluff guys, I think its safe to say the insolent commies have all but thrown down the gauntlet to the world, come on enough talk, we'll test our missiles, what are you going to do.
The UN Security Council will hold an emergency meeting to discuss the tests. The closed session meeting, to take place on Wednesday, was requested by Japan's UN ambassador Kenzo Oshima.

Earlier, the US ambassador to the UN, John Bolton, said he was "urgently consulting" with other Security Council members on the issue.
Oh blah blah... not another bloody meeting, ceasefire since 1953, how many meetings since then, oh yeah lets give the diplomats another 53 years, throw some oil and food their way too, please please oh you war mongers just give peace a chance!!!

On the plus side, the Taepodong-2 (I thought it was the Nodong), is a bit of a waste, I wonder how far it traveled in 42 seconds.
